I believe that my students should have different options to contact me with questions concerns, etc. outside of the classroom. As such, I provide my cell phone number and email address. With this, however, I also expect students to treat this information as a privilege; if I find that I am a victim of spam emails, crank calls, or any other abusive action, then I will bar students from contacting me through any of these means. Also, please no text messages; I do not have a text message plan.
The best way to contact me when I am not in the classroom is via email. While phone calls are more immediate, I prefer responding via email to ensure a thorough and complete response.
